Our mission is to nurture the next generation of artists by providing exceptional education, mentorship, and opportunities that foster growth, creativity, and confidence. We aim to bridge cultural and artistic boundaries, celebrating diversity while elevating the art of dance to new heights. Through innovative workshops, master classes, and collaborative projects, The Heath Experience seeks to ignite passion, cultivate talent, and leave a lasting impact on the global dance community.

CHANTEL HEATH

:FOUNDER

Chantel Heath is a distinguished Creative Director, Choreographer, Dancer, Actress, and Singer with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Hailing from Los Angeles, Chantel embarked on her dance journey at the tender age of three. Under the mentorship of Paul and Arlene Kennedy, she flourished as a member, teacher, and performer with the Kennedy Tap Company at the Universal Dance Designs Studio. At just 12 years old, she achieved a remarkable milestone by performing in Cuba alongside KTC and Alvin Ailey, representing the US at Alicia Alonso’s International Ballet of Cuba—a notable honor in dance history. Additionally, Ms. Heath made history as one of the first African-American Tap Dancers and soloists to perform at the Kremlin in Russia, as a guest of the Jazz Tap Ensemble.

Chantel's choreography has been seen on hit TV shows such as EmpireSo You Think You Can DancePrivate PracticeSYTYCD ArabiaModern FamilyMarlon, and Ravens Home, as well as the 2015 Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies. Her film and television credits include IdlewildAmerican Family, and Disney's Shake It Up. She has choreographed for an array of renowned artists, including Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Herbie Hancock, Tamar Braxton, Mariah Carey, Rita Ora, and Juicy J. Furthermore, she has shared the stage with legends like Tupac Shakur, Stevie Wonder, Savion Glover, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, and Keyshia Cole to name a few .Ms Heath appeared in the award-winning short film Tap Heat, starring Jason Samuels Smith and the late Arthur Duncan and Was featured in the Documentary ,Wonder Kids with her Brother Christopher Broughton, Narrated by Dick Van Dyke.

Chantel is currently featured in Netflix's Dance Dreams: Hot Chocolate Nutcracker and Tyler Perry's film A Jazzman's Blues, where she shines as an Actress, Choreographer, and Dancer.

Throughout her career, Chantel has made a profound impact on the dance community, especially through Dance Education. Her passion for nurturing young talent is evident in her work with students in her hometown of Los Angeles and through her international master classes. From 2006 to 2017, Ms. Heath served on the faculty at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, collaborating with Debbie Allen on major productions such as, as well as the 2015 Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies, The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker (featured on Netflix), Alex in Wonderland, and Freeze Frame, which were showcased at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

With a wealth of experience, a diverse range of dance styles, and a deep passion for artistic expression, Chantel Heath brings a dynamic and captivating presence to every project. Her dedication, talent, and ability to connect with both audiences and students make her a highly sought-after performer and choreographer in the entertainment industry.
